Terms & Conditions Welcome to the MTBking website. The following are our terms & conditions for the use of this website. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions By using the MTBking website you agree to understand and to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note that we may change these terms from time to time, so please make sure to read this page regularly. If you don't agree with any of these terms, then please do not continue to use the website. The use of MTBking As a condition of using the MTBking website, you agree that you won't: Create multiple accounts or use false addresses or contact information Post any abusive, threatening, defamatory or indecent material Post any images, information or other material which don't belong to yourself or infringes upon other people’s rights Copy other people’s content without their consent Use any kind of site scrapers or other automated services to collect information from the site for use on other websites without our permission. This includes the use of tools to harvest email addresses or adverts from the website Post non related adverts on the website or spam the website by posting multiple copies of your adverts. We only allow adverts related to mountain biking. We do not allow posting of adverts for other services, unless approved by MTBking. You can acquire information regarding this via the “Advertise on MTBking” link on the menu. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of the Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Website/Services through hacking, password mining or any other means. Use the Website/Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Website/Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Website/Services Impersonate any person or entity for misleading others Posting Adverts on MTBking When posting adverts on MTBking we expect you to adhere to our guidelines below. If any of these guidelines are not followed, your MTBking advert will not be approved and your account maybe banned without prior notice. MTBking has the authority to remove any advert or account without informing the party involved. We provide both a free service and some paid for special services, but please note that free adverts and inputs of the website is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right at any time to block access to our free services. MTBking will not be held responsible for any prosecution regarding non-compliance of these regulations. You must state the correct location in your adverts, this should be where the item is currently located and where it can be viewed All adverts placed must be done under one account only. This is so we can monitor your adverts and any complaints. If we believe you have created multiple accounts to post adverts, all your accounts will be banned. If you are a breeder, you need to have a breeders account on MTBking. Your account and adverts should contain your correct personal details, including correct location. If we receive complaints about your adverts that you have advertised on the site, we may remove access to the site whilst they are investigated. This may lead to a permanent ban from the website. It is not allowed to place an ad for your company or other products unless approved by site administrator. Should this rule not be adhered to, the advertisement and advertiser may be removed by MTBking. Adverts must only be done in specified categories. MTBking will keep the right to remove or move advertisements placed in wrong categories. It is not allowed to create links to ads on other classified sites and MTBking has the right to remove such adverts from the MTBking website. Contacting Advertisers As a condition of using the MTBking website, you agree that when contacting our advertisers, you won't: Send any abusive or threatening emails, or make any abusive or threatening phone calls. Use our advertisers contact details or the MTBking contact forms to send spam to our advertisers or messages unrelated to their advertisements. Copyright Infringement As a condition of using the MTBking website, you acknowledge and agree that we may preserve or disclose your information and content, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to: Identify copyrighted material or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed upon Identify the material on our website that you claim is infringing, with enough detail so that we can locate it on the website Confirm a statement by you that content displayed is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law You may not infringe or attempt to infringe on the privacy or the rights of other MTBking users. MTBking does not control and is not responsible for Content made available through the website We do our best to prevent the majority of scammers from using the MTBking website, but we cannot guarantee that all adverts are placed by genuine people. You should therefore make sure you are careful when contacting advertisers. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability Use of the Website/Services is at your own risk. Advertising period: The option chosen is final and cannot be changed until the completion of period set out in the specific chosen option, unless an upgrade package is chosen, by which the previous option will become void. After the expiration of the once-off free trial period you must choose one of the payment options available. After the free trial period the user’s page will be unpublished until such an option is made and payment is confirmed. Exposure to MTBking Content: By using the MTBking website, you understand that: All adverts, messages, images, photos, and all other content posted on, transmitted through, or linked from MTBking, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. MTBking will not be held responsible for any prosecution regarding non-compliance of SPCA or welfare organization’s regulations. Termination of Service: You may decide to cancel your service with MTBking. If any of the conditions are not adhered to, MTBking has the right to remove the advertiser’s details. This forms as a contract between the advertiser and MTBking and when the agreed period has expired the advertiser must renew the contract.
