  • Nowhere else in the world does an area of such spectacular beauty and rich bio-diversity exist almost entirely within a metropolitan area. Situated in Cape Town’s Constantia Valley, Tokai is part of the Table Mountain National Park and recognised globally for its extraordinarily rich, diverse and unique fauna and flora.

Rugged cliffs and steep slopes make this park a natural, scenic and historical location for mountain biking. Tokai has become a recreational asset for both its local and international visitors, offering trails steeped in history that wind through timber plantations, rare fynbos, granite outcrops, all while overlooking the vinyards of some of the finest wines in the world.

The trails cater for every type of rider, young and old; beginners to professionals; cross country to downhill.

This is the city life of Cape Town!
