How to determine your Bike Size

How to determine your Bike Size

We have all had trouble with bike fitting and sizing at some point. Even the best fitters in the world who work with professional racers, at one time, did not know their saddle was too high or their frame too small. Now they use advanced ways and electronics to determine the best bike fit for your unique anatomy.

To begin with, everyone is different. In fact, the greater percentage of people out there are not even symmetrical. Some people have one limb that is longer than the other or one foot bigger than the other, and so on.

Below is a guide for bike sizing, however I suggest visiting your nearest trusted bike shop that does bike fitting. Not all bike shops do bike fitting, so you may have to phone around to find one.
